Subscribing to the MARC Calendar
The MARC calendar displayed on these web pages is a public Google Calendar with the ID email@example.com. You can subscribe to it using your calendaring software and have MARC events show up on your personal calendar!
Instructions follow for various calendaring software:
- Google Calendar:
You should simply be able to click the button at the bottom of the W9AB calendar view on w9ab.org that says “+ Google Calendar” to add it to your Google Calendar. If you're using a different Google account or this does not work for some reason, you can log into Google Calendar, click on the box at the left under Other calendars that says “Add a friend's calendar”, enter firstname.lastname@example.org and press enter or return.
You will need the Lightning (iceowl on Debian-based Linux) extension to Thunderbird. Once it is installed, click Create a New Calendar, select On the Network and push Next, then select iCalendar (ICS) and paste this URL into the location box:
Click Next, then give it a name and color you prefer, and click Next again.
- Apple iCal
